Behind every successful kitchen, there is a pair of magical hands that bring together colour, creativity, and indulgence to delight your palates. Meet Eric Toralba, the head chef at Craigvrack Restaurant known for his uncompromising pursuit of culinary perfection. Eric started his journey in the culinary world at the age of 18 in the Philippines at the globally renowned Marco Polo Hotel.
He moved to Scotland in 2005 and immediately fell in love with this beautiful country. Eric believes that a dish is made extraordinary when you put your heart into it. He draws inspiration from nature and strives to bring the fresh flavours of seasonal produce on your table.
